OutField™ Module

The optional Atlas OutField™ Module serves as the central location for the development and management of custom, searchable databases and forms in Workcenter. Here, databases/fields are defined and associated with add, edit and output forms as well as with the permissions required to manage user access and accounts. It is the perfect tool for building communities and extranets for Workcenter-based sites.

This is made possible through the coordination of the OutField Module and its extremely versatile form types and tags. Through various form types, built in the Database Manager and displayed by OutField function tags, site users may enter and share data and files, search and view records for any custom information type, and manage user accounts.

OutField has everything you need to build and deploy fully customized, online databases. Create forms with any combination of fields and field types. Have one field option trigger the display of other fields. Create any number of Add, Edit, Display and Search forms, all from the same database, all using a subset of the same fields.
