GateKeeper™ Module

The optional Atlas GateKeeper™ Module serves as the central location for the creation and management of password-protected areas of a Website. Here, GateKeeper groups are defined to provide controlled access to pages while collecting and saving account information for site visitors. It can also be used in conjunction with Workcenter's navigation tags to determine the visibility of links based on the GateKeeper group a visitor is logged into. GateKeeper is most often used for members-only, staff-only or promotional areas of a site that require a login to access and where site visitor information must be collected. 

This functionality is made possible through the coordination of the GateKeeper Module and its extremely versatile function tags, such as GateKeeper Group Signup and Edit Record. Information collected from visitors can be used to determine access privileges to pages or sections of a site and/or used in conjunction with other modules such as OutBox and OutField.
