Workcenter Add-On Modules

Atlas Works offers a series of optional Web 2.0-friendly Modules for use with the Atlas Workcenter CMS. These modules add specialized functionality to complement Workcenter's incredible built-in feature set and can be added at any time. Clients may choose from the existing modules below or Atlas Works can develop one specifically to meet your needs. Each module features a standardized interface and integrates seamlessly into the core work environment -- no new programs to launch, still completely Web-based.

AdVenture® Module AdVenture® Module: An ad rotation and statistics system for defining, displaying, and managing online advertising throughout a site. Supports GIF, JPG, Flash and full HTML ad formats. More >
BallotBox™ Module BallotBox™ Module: A system for creating, displaying, and managing online surveys on a Website. Survey results may also be analyzed via built-in stats. More >
ContentCompass™ Module ContentCompass™ Module: A system for defining, managing and implementing taxonomy-based search, navigation and content selection functions for Websites. More >
FormFactory™ Module FormFactory™ Module: A system for creating, managing, and displaying online forms. Capabilities range from simple data collection forms to number crunching e-commerce forms. More >
GateKeeper™ Module GateKeeper™ Module: A visitor access control system for password-protecting one page to an entire site. It features functions for user account signup, login, and account management. More >
LDAP Director™ Module LDAP Director™ Module: A system for creating, managing and subscribing to LDAP server profiles. These profiles may then be used to verify access to either Workcenter itself or to GateKeeper-protected pages. More >
NewsMaker Module NewsMaker Module: A system for creating and managing news and events content and displaying it in various formats throughout a site. Note: Formerly known as News & Events module. More >
OutBox™ Module OutBox™ Module: A system for creating, managing, and sending plain text and HTML e-mails. Lists of e-mail addresses may be imported or, collected on a site via OutBox’s opt-in form. More >
OutField™ Module OutField™ Module: A system for creating, managing and displaying searchable databases and custom forms on a site. Great for extranets when paired with GateKeeper. More >
PodCaster™ Module PodCaster™ Module: A system for creating, managing and offering Podcasts and playlists to site visitors. Works with iTunes or any resource that reads Podcast feeds. More >
RSS ReadWrite™ Module RSS ReadWrite™ Module: A system for creating, managing, and offering RSS/Atom feeds of your content to external readers. It can also read, manage, and display RSS feeds from other sources. More >
SnapShot™ Module SnapShot™ Module: An AJAX-based system for creating, managing and viewing rotating content frames on a site. Frames transition via manual controls, timed changes, and changes on page load. More >
WeBlog™ Module: A system for creating and managing Blog content, comments and tags and displaying them in various formats throughout a site. More >

 

Third-Party Modules

  • Workcenter supports third-party software for specialized functions like BBS and wiki (including many open-source options)
  • Workcenter supports the integration of external, third-party features into Workcenter-based sites, such as from Facebook and Twitter and other features via widgets and iFrames.
  • Workcenter supports the integration of third-party login functions so that logging into a Workcenter-based site (via GateKeeper functions) also logs the user into the third-party software.
